All you need to play Sag Ball is a soft ball and a net with a handle. It is an indoor/outdoor game and it’s a good game regardless of the time of year. Just throw the ball up into the air, and attempt to catch the ball in the net before the ball hits the ground. You can also play it solo or with friends, seeing who can keep the ball in the air the longest. It’s so much fun and a fantastic way to better hand-eye coordination at the same time!
