Furnace Casing

- The casing is made of Q235 low-carbon steel with an electrostatic anti-corrosion coating, providing excellent corrosion resistance.

- It features a robust metal frame structure with a low surface temperature during operation.

- The side-swing door design allows the door to open to the right, ensuring convenient operation.

Refractory Material
- A multi-layer insulation design composed of lightweight alumina ceramic fiber and high-quality insulation board backing, free of asbestos. This structure minimizes heat loss and reduces energy consumption.

Heating System

- High-quality HRE spiral resistance wire heating elements are firmly embedded into the furnace surface, enabling free radiant heating within the chamber and offering a long service life.

- Three-side heating (left, right, and bottom) ensures excellent temperature uniformity inside the furnace.

- The silicon carbide base plate covers and protects the bottom heating elements, providing high mechanical strength, excellent thermal conductivity, and horizontal load-bearing capacity.

Temperature Control Panel

- PID combined with SSR control ensures precise temperature regulation.

- An internationally standardized N-type nickel-chromium-silicon thermocouple offers a temperature measurement range of 0-1300°C and a long service life.

- The furnace door is equipped with a power-cut safety switch when opened.

Program Controller

Furnace material

The use of polycrystalline alumina ceramic fiber material, one-time molding and new splicing structure technology ensure the durability of the furnace.

Polycrystalline alumina ceramic fiber material is one of the new lightweight high-temperature insulation materials at home and abroad. It is prepared by using Mitsubishi polycrystalline fibers from Japan as the basic material and wet vacuum filtration molding to produce polycrystalline inorganic ceramic fiber material. It has good thermal shock performance and thermal stability, low heat capacity, and low thermal conductivity

Furnace structure
