Technical features of PULVERIZER 500 dual-tank high-energy planetary ball mill
The equipment is based on a planetary motion mechanism. The grinding jars revolve around the main disk axis while rotating in the opposite direction around their own axes. Under the action of centrifugal force and friction, the grinding balls and samples inside the jars generate high-frequency impact and shearing, achieving material crushing, mixing and dispersion. By adjusting parameters such as speed, time and medium, the particle size, crystal structure and physical properties of the samples can be precisely controlled. It supports dry grinding, wet grinding (wet grinding is suitable for high fineness requirements), colloid grinding and mechanical alloying, and can operate in a vacuum environment. An optimized transmission structure (such as synchronous belt tooth shape) is adopted to reduce energy consumption and noise, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation.
