The differences between the vibration ball mill and the planetary ball mill
The vibration ball mill utilizes mechanical vibration to cause impact and friction between the grinding balls and the materials, thereby achieving the grinding purpose. While the planetary ball mill achieves grinding through the planetary motion of the ball mill tank (i.e., revolution and rotation). The planetary ball mill usually consists of a rotating disc and multiple ball mill tanks, and the ball mill tanks move in a planetary motion under the drive of the rotating disc. The vibrating ball mill, on the other hand, is mainly composed of a vibrating motor, grinding tanks, and supporting structures, and its structure is relatively simple.
